The Table by is a pop up restaurant that invites chefs from different places all around Spain to take their know how and essence to Urso Hotel&Spa in Madrid. During 6 weeks each, they take their ambience, spirit, food and care to Urso Hotel.
Six chefs: Diego Fernández, Andreu Genestra, Javier Olleros, Begoña Rodrigo, Oriol Ivern and Xanty Elías. Six restaurants: Regueiro, Andreu Genestra, Culler de Pau, La Salita, Hisop and Acánthum; six regions: Asturias, Mallorca, Pontevedra, Valencia, Barcelona y Huelva. All takes part in the very same place – Urso Hotel&Spa´s restaurant- transformed every time to take you to their real regions.
Teixits Vicens colaborates with the decoration dressing chairs and sofas with its ikat fabrics cushions also known as ” tela de lenguas”, wich is the very typical fabric from Mallorca.
