The ikat fabric face masks that we have manufactured at Teixits Vicens are exclusively for hygienic use and should not replace personal protective equipment or medical devices.

The Ikat fabric is handmade and very resistant, so the masks can be washed at 60º and reused 20 times.

These face masks are useful as a protection tool to avoid the drops that an infected person may give off.

The face masks have made with an outer layer of 70% cotton and 30% linen Ikat fabric, and another inner layer of 100% cotton viroblock fabric, and approved in compliance with the UNE 65-2020 standard with 99% bacterial filtration efficiency.

The design covers the nose, mouth and chin. In addition, it has two very soft cotton and linen rubber bands so that it does not cause discomfort behind the ears and fits well to the face.
